Collection of Personally Identifiable Information
  • Some functions and services offered through our Site require you provide certain personally identifiable information (“PII”). We may collect PII if you provide it including, but not limited to, email address, name, postal address, or telephone number. We may also collect other information about you we associate with your PII such as your interests, preferences and demographics.
  • Contributions and payment information. If you make any contribution (including a purchase of campaign merchandise) on or through the Site, your payment information (credit or debit card type, number, and expiration date) and related information (e.g. physical address) may be collected by us and/or third party payment processors hired by us to provide contribution processing services.
  • To comply with Federal campaign finance laws and regulations, which require Us to make our best efforts to collect and report the name, mailing address, employer, and occupation information for individuals whose contributions aggregate in excess of $200 in an election cycle.
  • The Site may include features that rely on the use of information stored on, or made available through, your mobile device. We may also ask to collect or use the specific location of your mobile Device (e.g., by accessing your Device’s GPS). If you agree to allow access to your location, you agree that we and our service providers may collect such location-based information from your Device. We may also collect other information based on your location and your Device’s proximity to “beacons” and other similar proximity systems, including, for example, the strength of the signal between the beacon and your Device and the duration that your Device is near the beacon. The type of location data we collect depends on a number of factors, including the type of Device you are using (e.g., laptop, smartphone, tablet) and the type of connection enabled on your Device (e.g., wifi, Bluetooth, broadband cable). If you do not wish to have this location information collected and used by us, you may opt-out by disabling the location and Bluetooth features on your Device. Do Not Track Disclosures

We do not respond to Do Not Track signals sent by various web browsers. To date, a clear standard has yet to be developed concerning these signals and how they should be treated by website operators. Thus, we do not respond to any Do Not Track signals sent by an individual user’s web browser. We are permitted pursuant to this Privacy Policy to share any information you provide through use of our Site with third parties. We, or a third party, may collect information using web beacons. Web beacons are electronic images that may be used on websites or in our emails. We and these third parties use web beacons to deliver cookies, count visits, understand usage and campaign effectiveness and to tell if an email has been opened and acted upon.

Server logs capture certain non-personally identifying data, such as the time and date of a web visit, the browser and operating system being used, and the web URL a user linked from. This information is used in aggregate form to help us plan system enhancements when necessary and to provide content that is compatible with our visitors’ web-browsing systems. We also collect information about keyword searches performed by visitors on our Site.
